Orange has announced details of its latest mobile broadband package this week.

The network claims to be offering its customers a simpler way to take advantage of its services, whether they are at home or travelling.

The new mobile broadband offer, entitled Orange Home & Mobile Broadband, will come with a monthly fee of £20 per month, for which users can expect download speeds of up to 8 MB.

Also included is a free wireless router, USB dongle, 3GB of monthly download allowance and free evening and weekend calls to UK landlines that start with 01, 02 or 03.

The network’s Internet Everywhere 30 Days package was also announced this week, offering mobile broadband on a monthly rolling contract, with an initial £49.99 fee for the USB dongle.

Asif Aziz, director of broadband and home at Orange UK, said: "We believe these new offers not only complement our existing fixed and mobile broadband service range, but also provide flexible alternatives."

Other mobile broadband providers in the UK include T Mobile, 3 Mobile and Vodafone.
