The Motorola Karma is a device that many young mobile phone shoppers may like, according to its manufacturer.
It was announced this week the firm would add the device to its range and target those who like to send emails and messages, as well as users of online portals like Twitter, Facebook and MySpace.
According to the firm, the Motorola Karma is custom-designed for these needs, as it not only offers fast access to such sites, but also boasts a slide-out qwerty keyboard and 3G connectivity.
Jeff Miller, vice-president of the firm, added the handset was versatile enough to compete with the needs of the modern telecommunications market.
"Today’s savvy mobile phone users are looking for more from their devices than just an easy way to text – they want to update their social networking status, instant message multiple friends, make calls and of course text," he said.
Motorola‘s other models include the Aura, a flagship model that was launched earlier this year.
