Mobile phones and their related technologies are getting better and cheaper to run for a wide selection of users, one expert has advised.
A spokesman for 3 said this week that the cost of calls and other mobile telecommunications services was falling rapidly – and that a number of different sectors were taking full advantage of this.
Renato Bottini, head of business at the mobile broadband and media group, said that businesses were just one sector where it was becoming increasingly an efficient option for employees to access services on the go.
"One of the previous barriers had been cost and that has been removed and it is now easy, cost effective and productive to work whilst mobile," he said.
3 UK offers a range of services including support for mobile phones and mobile broadband packages. The company has the largest telecommunications network in the UK and Europe and has more than ten million customers.
