Mobile phones gamers could soon be taking part in the latest entry into the American Pie movie franchise.

Pocket Gamer reports the teen sex comedy has been given a title of its own by publisher Digital Chocolate and has reviewed it on the Sony Ericsson K810I, although it is available for other mobile phones.

American Pie: Naked Run, allows players to take part in a series of nude or semi-nude sports events, all the while trying to score points and avoid being arrested by the police.

Characters from the original movie, including Jim, Finch, Stifler and Jim’s dad make appearances and the review notes this helps add humour to the game.

"It’s actually a very solid affair with plenty to recommend it," the site concludes.

"There’s also a great two-player ‘Hot Seat’ mode where you take turns at a race and try to outdo each other’s time."

The original American Pie movie was released in 1999 and has since been followed by a slew of imitators and sequels, including last year’s American Pie Presents Beta House.
