The LG KF300 is a handset that could be ideal for those looking for an easy-to-use mobile phone, a new article suggests.

According to Trusted Reviews, the South Korean has included a host of features on the device that, although not particularly high-tech, could be of use to those with sight problems.

Sandra Vogel writes in a piece for the consumer technology website that with extra large buttons and fonts, the LG KF300 has a clear demographic in mind.

Although she states this is probably not those looking for the most up-to-date features, simpler concepts like a "decent battery life and great ergonomics" may make it worth a second look for some.

"I’m not sure the largest fonts are entirely suited to its small screen, but if your eyes need larger fonts you may be happy with the compromise," Ms Vogel concludes.

LG‘s more high-spec mobile phones include the Viewty Smart and Arena models.

Should more companies focus on this type of market?
