Despite the model having a number of problems, a new review has highlighted one of Samsung‘s latest mobiles for offering high quality voice calling.
The SGH-T559 – which also goes by the name of the Comeback – was put to the test in a recent article for Mobile Burn.
In the piece, Ricky Cadden drew attention to the inclusion of some hidden messaging options and support for high-speed web connectivity.
However, he also noted the handset had a some issues that meant he would not recommend it, but highlighted a selection of things that would please others.
In addition to the inclusion of a numeric pad and separate qwerty keyboard, Mr Cadden said the Samsung SGH-T559 Comeback "does feel rather nice in the hand" and combined GSM, 3G and HDSPA support that was "surprisingly strong".
The web browser was praised as "actually quite speedy" and the review concluded by saying: "The call properties are solid [and] it would be fine as a general calling and light SMS phone."
Samsung’s other models include the Omnia and Tocco range.
