A reminder for everyone who’s keeping an eye out for the next Sony Ericsson announcement (you know, the one where they’re allegedly going to be announcing another Entertainment Unlimited phone, to join the Sony Ericsson Idou).
Personally, I’m hoping for a phone that’s exactly like the Idou, but with a QWERTY keyboard. That’d rock.
Of course, no-one knows yet (except Sony Ericsson and they ain’t telling) what the new phone announced will be like. Will it run on Symbian, like the Idou? Will it be their first Android phone, something to take on the HTC Magic? Or will they pump out a lower end Entertainment Unlimited phone to compliment the top-end power of the Idou?
Frankly, your guess is as good as mine, although I have my suspicions it’ll be the last one.
There’s also radio chatter that we might finally see the Idou under its real name, which’d give us our first sight of what letter Entertainment Unlimited phones will have in their name. Y’know, like W means Walkman phone, and C means Cyber-Shot phone.
Oh, and just a quick note, while we’re talking about the Sony Ericsson Idou, as a bit more news has popped up on USEB (I’m not posting the CNet video they linked to, since it’s all in German, and I don’t speak German): the Sony Ericsson Idou’s super-finger-friendly web browser will, apparently, support Flash! Ooh, best camera phone in the world, and it’ll show the internet properly?
