And modem as:

i have a ps3 and im looking for a wireless router to get connected to the internet. so if 3 wireless router is not compatabile with ps3 does that mean i have to get another wireless router from lets say currys because i have a 3 modem ??

hi my son has the 15gb an uses it to play xbox live 24/7 and it nvr runs out or goes over hope tht helps u

Asked the same question to a guy in the local three store to me & he said no problem using Live or PSN (playstation network over the 3.5g broadband connection) as that’s what he does :-p. I’m going to get myself one so I can use the eother-net port with live & the wifi with both my netbook & ipod touch & desktop & for £70 grand price

i have 3 but without the router will this realy work on xbox live with the router =o av played w,o,w using just the dongle an its fine but disconectes every half hr our so =/

all together withe donggle £110 i bought one last week from pc world router was 70 and donggle was 40 and yes u can PLAY X-BOX LIVE !!!!!!

Hmmm, that’s an interesting question. As far as I know, no, there’s no way to do that, since the router connects via USB, and is designed to work with the drivers and software in the USB Modem itself.

A phone won’t have that software, so I’m saying no, it won’t work.

was reading your concersations ,and wondering if it is possible to connect the mobilephne to the router ?
my problem ist that …. i have an ipod touch and want to connect to the internet of my mobilephone (sonyericsson c905) have an 3 contract going on it …
