I have had my hands on the Blackberry Bold and it fits nicely into the hand. I think you will all find it a lot thinner then it looks in the photos, I work for vodafone myself and have been holding out for a new smart photo, Form me it was between the Samsung i900 and the Bold. We got the i90o the other day and as good as it looks and its spec kida matches the bold. The Windows OS and slowed it rite down. Yes the i900 has the 5mp camera but you can only open the cam applications once everything else is shut down otherwise it does not have enough system memory. As always Windows Mobile's ways of making it hard to shut down applications have spoilt i good looking high spec device. The blackberry bold has the capability to open and edit Microsoft Documents while running the BB OS that we all know it quick. BB virgins should not be put off by using a different OS as this is fantastic and after a few days you will never go back. The Bold should be in Vodafone stores on 4th September.
For people in USA and Canada whom want to buy it now.it is available online too have seen a deal on

http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1422961
it is a sim free and unlocked version, mean no restriction for using it with any network.

my contract was up this month but i am def waiting for this phone and have been since the info about it was 'leaked'. it would be great if they could give us an exact date that this will come on to the market - at least then we will know when to expect it. keep asking vodafone but they are not very helpful to say the least and it looks like i will be better actually ending my contract with them and taking up a new offer with either vodafone or another company - vodafone wanted 65 pounds for the c902 if i stayed with them an upgraded but on a new contract with them it was free with three months half price and a free bluetooth headset! new contracts def seem to be where the best deals are.

Hello there.
Well it happened today. I didn't sleep all night because I had some work to finish and in the morning came all the other worries so I stayed awake until 1 p.m. I set my phone to wake me up at 2:30 and, as it often happens, i woke up at 5:30. Probably kept snoozing for 20 minutes or so (as usually). Which I tought was ok, altough I was almost late for a meeting, because I needed some. I eventually sent a message to someone saying that I was going to be late and while doing that, I noticed the last message sent. The nokia phones have this setting, the text remains in the editor after you send the message. I didn't think much about it. Erased it, then stopped. 'What was that?' I tought. Then looked up the sent messages and found I had sent a message to a friend at 2:56 with the content "sample:director, friend etc" . It makes no sense at all. I checked out the set wake up time. It's 2:50. Not 2:30. So I must've reset it or something. But the text make no sense at all.
Later on, after the meeting I told this to someone and he said he'd read about his phenomena somwhere. So I googled it and got here and on many other websites. It seems we're really victims of modern time.
Well, thanks for reading this.
Good luck with your sleep..
