It's a standard blog layout - there are thousands of Wordpress sites which look the same. If Dialaphone knew anything about blogs, they'd realise this. Besides, if they've got a problem, why not go through a solicitor or a private email? Slating another company on their blog is VERY unprofessional and I know I won't be buying from Dialphone at any point in the future. Massive own goal on their part.
